A trial date is set for John Hooper who’s accused in the death of Graham McCormick resulting from a 2017 boating crash in Lancaster County. WTVR reports the trial is set for June 21 in Norfolk and is to last 5 days. Prosecutors say Hooper was intoxicated and tried to leave the scene. So far the case has involved three different judges, three different prosecutors and a rejected plea agreement.
