Westmoreland County’s Board of Supervisors firms up snow removal services for the next 3 years. According to Westmoreland News supervisors reviewed bids from 3 contractors with one of those offering services to all county while the other 2 bid for 2 locations each . After discussion the board decided to split the contracts among all 3 contractors based on the lowest bid for areas with multiple offers.
