The Rappahannock Industrial Academy Alumni Association is accepting annual scholarship applications. They are open to qualifying African-American public or private school students residing in Essex, King and Queen, and Middlesex Counties. A $2,100 scholarship will be awarded to a student from each county and are renewable for up to 3 additional years. Application deadline is March 1. For details log on to cfrichmond.com.
