The Virginia Department of Forestry is enacting a burn ban starting next Tuesday until April 30. Burning is prohibited until after 4:00 p.m. if your fire is within 300 feet of the woods or dry grass which can carry the fire to the woods. You are required to attend your fire that is outside of the ban hours if it is within 150 feet of the woods or dry grass.
