The Richmond County Board of Supervisors is holding public hearings today on Dominion Energy’s Moon Corner Solar project. According to News on the Neck the project is set back from Ridge Road and located near the Lancaster and Northumberland borders south of the Strata Solar project. The meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. in the Richmond County Public Meeting Room on Court Circle in Warsaw.
