The White Stone Town Council will hold a public hearing on March 3 about amending the town charger to change election dates from May to November. According to the Rappahannock Record town attorney Matson Terry said while the date change is mandated by the General Assembly the town has to change its charter to comply. Once that’s done the GA will then need to approve the change.
