All 396 of Virginia’s Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority stores go back to their normal operating hours starting March 1. According to ABC chief executive officer Travis Hill the decline in COVID-19 cases prompted the return to regular hours. Stores began operating on reduced hours in January but opening time will go back to 10:00 a.m. Customers can still place orders online for curbside pickup or home delivery.
