If you head down Virginia Street in Urbanna you’ll see the town clocks are back in operation. The clocks face in opposite directions and share a pedestal near the Urbanna Post Office. Town Administrator Garth Wheeler tells the Southside Sentinel the 2 clocks donated to the town by Charles, Agnes and the late Sam Richardson were completely restored including new clock facings. They were installed in 2006.
