Friday is the deadline to submit applications for the Town of Kilmarnock’s Hometown Heroes Veterans Banners for 2022. The custom banners honoring those who served the country will hang in Steptoe’s District between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The cost is $100 per banner. To obtain a banner download the application from the town’s Facebook page. A high-resolution digital photograph is requrired.
