Starting next month the Mathews Historical Museum is hosting will host a “Bay to Belly” traveling exhibit courtesy of the Yorktown Watermens’ Museum that focuses on the food systems of the Chesapeake Bay region. A special event takes place May 7 for Mathews May Faire where the museum will be “Celebrating Mathews Watermen.” It will be held on the Court Green, in the Historic Court House and in the museum.
