The Virginia Department of Veterans Services will recognize the more than 230,000 men and women who served in our Nation’s Armed Forces during the Vietnam war in a ceremony taking place on Tuesday. The ceremony is at the Virginia War Memorial in Richmond and coincides with the natioanl observance of Vietnam War Veterans Day. Officials say Vietnam veterans attending the ceremony will receive a lapel pin to recognize their service.
