Gloucester County residents appeared at a recent Board of Supervisors meeting to weigh in on a proposed real estate tax increase of 3 cents per $100 of assessed value called for in the 2023 budget. According to the Gazette-Journal some residents wanted to see that increase doubled to pay for more county projects including renovations at Woodville Park. The Board is continuing budget discussions with an April 19 goal to pass the spending plan.
