Virginia’s so-called “cocktails-to-go” law is extended until 2024 now that a bill passed by the General Assembly is signed into law. The measure was originally enacted at the beginning of the pandemic to help businesses that lost its in-person clientele. According to 8 News the measure was to expire in July after being extended last year One new provision will allow third-party services to deliver beverages.
