The Rappahannock Industrial Academy Alumni Association invites the public to attend a historical highway marker dedication at 11:00 a.m. on May 21 at the school stie in Dunnsville. Organizers say here is limited roadside parking at the marker site so attendees can park at Angel Visit Baptist Church on Tidewater Trail. Shuttle service to the marker site begins at 10:00 a.m. Masks will be required on the shuttle.
