Kilmarnock Police announce the new policy for its officer-worn biody cameras that are now being deployed. According to News on the Neck officers are responsible for activating the camera during each law enforcement-public encounter. Cameras are also to be activated for tactical activities. Officers need to make sure the cameras are recording evidentiary footage and not aimed away from those areas. Camera footage will be turned over to the Commonwealth Attorney of Lancaster or Northumberland.
