The rescheduled opening performance in Kilmarnock’s “Music on the Half Shell” 2022 concert series at Town Centre Park featuring “Soul Expression” is this Friday. Gates open at 6:00 p.m. and the show starts at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $10 with children under 5 admitted free with a paying adult. Again this year you can bring in food and snacks but no outside alcohol or glass is allowed.
