The Friends of Belle Isle State Park announced its 2022 Music by the River concert series starts June 11 with Chris Stanley & Jane Cooper of Out on a Limb. Music committee co-chairman Robert Mason Jr. tells the Rappahannock Record they’ve scheduled a variety of programs again this season with everything from folk rock to country to bluegrass. All concerts will begin at 6:00 p.m. and admission is free. Bring lawn chairs or blankets.
