A mural paying tribute to COVID-19 victims is coming to a Tappahannock building. According to News on the Neck the L.I.F.E School of Art plans to paint the mural at its building on Church St. School officials say the mural will be accessible to members of the Northern Neck and surrounding counties to write the names of their loved ones on the wall if they choose.
