Today is the deadline for Lancaster County town election candidates to file so they will be on the November ballot. According to the Rappahannock Record elections will be held in White Stone, for mayor and three council seats. In Irvington, three council seats are up for grabs and a special election will be held to fill a fourth. In Kilmarnock elections will be held for mayor and three council seats.
