The U.S. Air Force Heritage of America Band will perform music from Broadway shows, film scores by John Williams and patriotic favorites at its free concert at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday at the Irvington Town Commons on King Carter Drive. According to the Gazette-Journal concertgoers are encouraged to bring chairs and picnics to the performance which is presented by the Irvington Village Improvement Association. Concert sponsor Chesapeake Bank will offer free hot dogs, chips and desserts from 5:30 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.
