The Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services announces the official launch of a helpline to provide agricultural producers with mental health support. Crisis specialists are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and have interpretation services for 160 languages. VDACS partnered with AgriSafe to launch the helpline supported by funding from the U.S. Department of Agriculture National Institute of Food and Agriculture Farm and Ranch Stress Assistance Network.
