The Rappahannock Industrial Academy Alumni Association announces its 2022 scholarship recipients. They are Madison Nelson of Essex County, Aniyah Thompson of Middlesex County and Taylor Johnson of King and Queen County. Airiana Beverley, a student at Ferrum College who was a 2021 scholarship recipient, has had her scholarship renewed for her sophomore year. The Association has awarded scholarships to African-American high school seniors in Essex, King and Queen, and Middlesex counties for more than forty years.
