A solar power facility off Mary Ball Road near Chases Road gets the green light from the Lancaster County Board of Supervisors but it comes with changes to the project setbacks resulting from the county’s revised solar ordinance. The Rappahannock Record reports the setbacks were increased from what were in place when the project application was filed in February. The Board ultimately voted to restore the 50-foot side setback and cut the front setback to 1,000 feet.
