Northern Neck Electric Cooperative is accepting applications for the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association’s 2023 Youth Tour program. It is an exclusive leadership experience that includes meeting members of Congress, and visiting the U.S. Capitol Visitor’s Center, the Capitol building, local memorials and museums, and other historic sites. The co-op is sending up to four students and will pay all expenses related to travel and the experience. Application deadline is Jan. 31 and details are at nnec.coop/youth-tour.
