All courts and county offices in Gloucester and Mathews close at noon today and will remain closed the rest of this week in observance of Thanksgiving. Schools in both counties are closed thru Friday. DMV customer service centers are closed today through Saturday, reopening Monday for normal hours. Libraries in Gloucester close at 2 p.m. today and will remain closed through Friday, reopening with normal hours on Saturday. Mathews Memorial Library will close at noon and will remain closed through the weekend, reopening on Monday.
