As Town of Warsaw officials try to get the Virginia Department of Transportation to reconsider lane reductions on Route 360, there’s now word the agency is considering lane reductions possibly into Richmond and Northumberland Counties. News on the Neck reports DOT communications manager Kelly Hannon said a traffic study in those areas is nearly finished and officials will use that to determing if a new traffic pattern at several locations could reduce crashes, injuries, and fatalities as well as promote bicyclist and pedestrian safety.
