The Middlesex County Planning Commission is putting together its Capital Improvement Project list for 2023 through 2028 and the Southside Sentinel reports the new Middlesex County Sheriff’s Office tops the project list. It’s been in the works since 2010 and lawmakers decided to renovate the former Lewis Puller Vocational Center at Cooks Corner for the HQ an emergency operations center. The planning commission will make its recommendation to the Board of Supervisors which will hold its public hearing on on Jan. 3.
