Deltaville’s Great Decisions lecture series returns to an in-person format for 2023. The Southside Sentinel reports the sessions will be held at the Deltaville Community Association building on General Puller Highway with the first session set for 10 a.m.-noon Friday, Jan. 27. It is presented by John Hooper of Deltaville who organizers say has prepared an outstanding comprehensive presentation on the competition between the two nations and China’s increasing global influence.
