The Lancaster County Planning Commission decides to table action on proposed short-term rental regulations following a public hearing held last week. The Rappahannock Record reports short-term rentals continue to be a hot topic for residents as evidenced by the full courtroom for the public hearing. County administrator Don Gill said with additional changes, the commission should hold another hearing before the matter moves on to the board for an additional hearing and vote.
