The Lancaster County Board of Supervisors is asked to make revisions to the county’s noise regulations. News on the Neck reports a resident from Weems spoke at a Board meeting last week about loud ATV noise at all hours of the day and night on a a property that fronts Black Stump Road. The resident proposed a daytime noise limit and stricter nighttime noise limit. It’s not clear if the Board will make the suggested changes.
