The Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority announced an online lottery will be held with the prize being the right to purchase a bottle of Pappy Van Winkle Family Reserve bourbon. Customers could win a chance to buy a 23 Year, 20 Year and 15 Year bottle along with a Van Winkle Family Reserve Rye 13 Year Van Winkle Special Reserve Bourbon 12 Year; and Old Rip Van Winkle Bourbon 10 Year whiskeys. Entries will be accepted starting February 15.
