The UVA Weldon Cooper Center for Public Service released new population figures and Town of Warsaw officials announced Richmond County is one of 15 Counties to post a population growth rate of 2.5% to 5%. It’s the only county in the Northern Neck region to post such gains.Officials say they are happy to see that more and more people are realizing that Warsaw and Richmond County are great places to live.
