Virginia is 15th-most EV-Friendly State

A new study from automotive website iSeeCars.com ranks Virginia as the 15th-most EV-friendly state in the nation. The study analyzed several factors including how many electrical vehicle chargers are available per resident. The analysis looks at both Level 2 and Level 3 chargers and also evaluates the Tesla and non-Tesla networks separately. Vermont is the most EV-friendly state overall, while Mississippi is the least.
