Belle Isle State Park hosts the first in a series of Moon Parties on Saturday, March 25 at 7 p.m. The event will be held rain or shine at the Park’s Visitor Center. The astronomy event is geared toward all ages and will include telescopic views of the moon and planets Venus, Mars, and Jupiter. The Moon Party is the first of several dark sky-themed talks to be held at Belle Isle State Park during 2023.
