According to the Rappahannock Record they are at Virginia Cooperative Extension offices in Lancaster, Northumberland, and Westmoreland Counties. Volunteers can research questions and provide specific responses and information from Virginia Cooperative Extension publications and fact sheets. Residents can bring in plants, insects, and weeds for identification and diagnosis.
