Court Hearing Set For Tappahannock Post Office Burglary Suspect

A court hearing is set for November 16th for a suspect arrested and jailed in connection with the August 7 burglary at the Tappahannock Post Office located at 400 Wright Street. Several Amazon packages were stolen during the break-in which has been investigated by the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, the Tappahannock Police Department, and the Chesapeake Bay Narcotics Task Force, reports the Rappahannock Times. 26 year old Trey Zaffran Alexander of Tappahannock has been charged with one count of felony attempting to enter a building at nighttime to commit larceny, one count of grand larceny, one count of misdemeanor trespassing, and one count of felony wearing of a mask to conceal identity.
