Westmoreland County offiicals are marking this week as Constitution Week. A proclamation has been drafted that reads, in part, that the County Board of Supervisors hereby proclaims the week of September 17 through 23 as CONSTITUTION WEEK AND asks our citizens to reaffirm the ideals that the Framers of the Constitution had in 1787 by vigilantly protecting the freedoms guaranteed to us through this guardian of our liberties, remembering that lost rights may never be regained.
