The Board of Directors of Urbanna Beautification Inc. (UBI) recently announced its slate of projects in development that deliver on the organization’s mission, which is to enhance livability and beauty for Urbanna’s residents and the greater community in the spirit of and the respect for its history and as a Colonial Port Town. The Southside Sentinel reports the projects include assistance with the Marshall Community Pool, supporting the Urbanna Cat Project, and, in coordination with Urbanna Main Street, the 2023 Urbanna Holiday House Tour. UBI’s founding board director Betsy Bristow developed the iconic lantern portion of the newly redesigned logo and organized several previous holiday house tours.
