On Thursday, October 19, 2023, three individuals were arrested on sixteen drug indictments. Detectives with the Westmoreland County Sheriff’s Office conducted the undercover narcotics investigation in conjunction with the Tri-County Drug Task Force.
Those arrested to include charges are:
Jeremy L. Blackwell, 28, Hague, three counts of distribution of a schedule III controlled substance (Suboxone) and two counts of conspiring to distribute. $4,000 unsecured bond
Jason J. Marders, 40, Town of Colonial Beach, three counts of distribution of a schedule I or II controlled substance (Cocaine & N-dimethylpentylone). No bond
Taylor N. Packett, 27, Hague, two counts of distribution of a schedule III controlled substance (Suboxone), two counts of conspiring to distribute and two counts of child neglect. $2,500 unsecured bond
First court appearances have been scheduled. Investigation continues.
