Mark and Linda Sanders for a waiver/appeal of the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Ordinance for unauthorized land disturbance within the 100-foot resource protection area, involving a 1.130-acre residential parcel on Waterview Point Lane off Calf Pasture Cove in Weems.
