The victim of a shooting in Tappahannock earlier this month died from his injuries. The Northern Neck News reports 19-year-old Nigel Collins of Tappahannock passed away last Saturday. He had been shot several times and was admitted to the hospital in critical condition. 18 year-old Micen Williams of Essex County was taken into custody and charged with malicious wounding but Tappahannock Police say they expect Williams will now be charged with homicide.
