A domestic violence incident that happened Thursday at the Dahlgren Weigh Station on James Madison Parkway turned into an officer involved shooting leaving a man dead. According to State Police a woman passenger got out of an SUV and ran away then the man got out and went after her carring a gun. Two state troopers confronted the man and after an exchange of gunfire the man died at the scene. No officers were injured.
