The Virginia State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation is seeking witnesses or those who may have video of an officer-involved fatal shooting in Virginia Beach on Mar. 26. The incident involving a Virginia Beach police officer and Donovon Lynch, occurred near the intersection of Pacific Avenue and 20th Street.
