Virginia Looking At Schools To Become COVID-19 Vaccine Sites

Could schools become new sites for COVID-19 vaccination clinics? Virginia’s vaccination coordinator Dr. Danny Avula tells a Richmond TV station that schools are eligible to become CDC vaccination sites and holding clinics there will get the vaccine to youngsters which will help the commonweath get to COVID-19 herd immunity. As of now though only the Pfizer vaccine is approved for 16- and 17-year-olds.
