Irvington’s planning commission is given a broader role in recommending ideas for the community. According to the Rappahannock Record the commission’s first expanded task is to review the 2017 comprehensive plan and make updates to maps and demographic information, as well as formulate goals and strategies supported by residents, The commission will get public input on that review from a survey to be created for the town by an outside organization.
