The Northern Neck Chapter of the Virginia Master Naturalists is holding a a free virtual program today entitled “The World of Dragonflies and the Arrival of the 17-year Cicada.” featuring Dr. Richard Groover. Board member Kevin Howe tells the Rappahannock Record that dragonflies are something everyone recognizes but few people know about and all will benefit from Dr. Groover’s insight.
