Essex County Treasurer Penny Davis reminds residents that Real Estate and Personal Property taxes for the 1st half of 2021 are due on or before June 25. Davis says the Treasurer’s office is open to the public but is limited to 2 people inside at a time. Payments may also be mailed, dropped off at the Prince Street office n Tappahannock or online at essex-virgina.org but those payments are subject to a convenience fee.
