The Northumberland Public Library presents: “Read to the Dogs” on Thursday, July 15 starting at 10:00 a.m. Children of all ages can read a story to a furry friend who loves to listen. It takes place outside under the tulip magnolia tree. In case of rain or for indoor programs safe COVID-19 practices will be followed with a limit of 15 participants.
