The Town of Kilmarnock is holding a “Vax & Backs” event at Towne Center Park on Aug. 21 from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Those 12 and older can get the Pfizer vaccine but minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Backpacks will also be handed out while supplies last. Registration is recommended but walk-ins will be welcome. Go to the Town’s Facebook page to get the registration link.
