2 Town of Urbanna interim employees now have their jobs on a permanent basis. The Southside Sentinel reports Town Administrator Garth Wheeler and Zoning Administrator Roy Kime had their interim titles removed at the Aug. 12 town council meeting. Wheeler and Kimes took on their interim roles about 6 months ago. The town council also recently hired Andrea Erard as the town council’s attorney.
